 Bio:

Nazeem Ullah Baig's journey as an architect and project manager has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the prestigious National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan, and further honed his skills by completing an MSc in Construction Management from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.

 Nazeem's commitment to professional development is evident through his multiple certifications, including BIM (Building Information Modeling) from the University of Engineering and Technology and Oracle Primavera P6 from the same institution. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

 His professional experience spans several organizations, including a role as a Senior Architect Finishes at Pak Gulf Construction (Pvt) Limited, where he played a pivotal role in the execution of the Movenpick Hotel project within Centaurus Mall, Islamabad. Nazeem's responsibilities included coordinating with consultants, overseeing finishing work, architectural detailing, interior design, material selection, and addressing site technical issues.

 In his role at Aalay Designs, as a self-employed Principal Architect, Nazeem took charge of various design projects, including the PAF Hotel interior design in Islamabad and the design and execution of SOS, SSG Training Center, among others.

 His tenure as a Project Manager at Design and Engineering Systems Private Limited saw him successfully execute the PC Hotel Project in Multan. Nazeem's duties included project scheduling, contract management, budget forecasting, and daily progress reporting.

At Bahria Town Lahore, under Hassan Enterprises, Nazeem served as a Project Manager/Architect. He was responsible for the execution of healthcare buildings and played a critical role in coordinating with international vendors and managing various aspects of construction projects.

 Nazeem's career also includes significant contributions to conservation and rehabilitation projects in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. He served as a Project Architect for the Khaplu Palace Conservation Project and the Altit Fort Conservation Project. His responsibilities encompassed architectural and working drawings, supervision of construction work, and interior design, among other key tasks.

 Throughout his career, Nazeem has demonstrated a commitment to community development and volunteer work, serving as an Ismaili Boy Scout, participating in earthquake relief efforts, and providing career counseling to students. His proficiency in various tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Oracle Primavera, and Blue Beam, further underlines his expertise in the field.

ABDUL WAHID

Abdul Wahid, the founder and principal Architect at "The Wow Architects," is the partnering Architect and involed with Aalay designs on Project basis. Abdul Wahid notable figure in the field of architecture. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Design from the prestigious National College of Arts in Lahore, known as one of the top art and architecture colleges in Asia. He furthered his architectural knowledge by pursuing a Master's degree in Architecture from Bahaus Germany, a renowned institution for design and architecture.

Following his return to Pakistan, Abdul Wahid decided to share his expertise and passion for architecture by teaching at the same institution where he received his education, the National College of Arts.

In 2013, he ventured into the world of design by establishing "The Wow Architects." This move marked the beginning of his professional design practice, and it showcases his dedication to the architectural field and his commitment to bringing innovative design concepts to life. With his strong academic foundation, international exposure, and hands-on experience, Abdul Wahid is well-equipped to make a significant impact on the architectural landscape in Pakistan and beyond. His journey from student to teacher to a successful architect is a testament to his commitment to architectural excellence and education.
